Featured presentation sessions by two leading Taiwanese farms:
⭐️Nita Coffee (Hualien county) showcased Typica in three processing methods, along with cascara and coffee leaf tea blended with pomelo blossom, sharing their product development story.
⭐️Zou Zhou Yuan (Alishan, Chiayi county), led by “Coffee Prince” Mr. Zheng-Lun Fang, presented their renowned Gesha and the innovative So’wuba he “designed”.
With support from the Soil and Water Conservation Bureau and the Taiwan Coffee Industry Strategic Alliance, we successfully highlighted the growing presence of Taiwanese coffee.
