Using beans from the Zhuo Wu mountain Coffee Farm, roasted by Hiraku Kondo from Itsuka Coffee, who has won the JCRC (Japan Coffee Roasting Championship), we achieved the top-of-the-top ice coffee.
Despite the intense heat, the Taiwanese iced coffee made with 100% Taiwanese beans sold like hotcakes and quenched the thirst of more than 1,300 people, who were greatly delighted by its fruity and rich flavor.
Not only people who love Taiwan, but many people have learned about the genuine Taiwanese coffee, and we have been able to significantly increase awareness through word of mouth and SNS.
