In Finland, where brighter acidity is generally preferred, SongYue\u2019s Gesha presents a well-structured acidity, though not necessarily aligned with typical Nordic flavor preferences\u2014making their interest all the more surprising. Widely appreciated in Japan, this Gesha Natural once again demonstrated its ability to transcend regional taste preferences. It also highlighted the strong potential for Taiwanese coffee to expand further into the European market.
