In Taiwan, sustainable production systems have been implemented to continue producing coffee, a tradition passed down for over 100 years, stably for the next century. At the Taiwan Sustainable Specialty Coffee Farm Award 2024, 10 farms recognized for their commitment to producing amazing coffee without burdening people or the environment were highlighted.
